No appointment is needed for most NHS services and prescription collections. However, private services like ear wax removal, blood tests, and weight management may require a booked appointment — please contact your local branch.
You can request your repeat prescriptions through your GP as usual and nominate CarePoint Pharmacy to collect it on your behalf. Once ready, we’ll prepare your medication and can offer free local delivery if needed. If you’re unsure how to set this up, just speak to our team at either branch — we’ll be happy to help with the process.
Both branches offer select private services. Airdrie provides a wider range including ear wax removal, private blood tests, and a travel clinic. Auchinleck offers vitamin B12 injections and weight management.
